Sorin Sperloiu

Sorin Sperloiu is the Industrial Director of Lactalis Romania Group since 2023. He is responsible for improving and expanding production performance and technology lines for all the Romanian factories of Lactalis Group. He coordinates infrastructure modernization and oversees the implementation of CSR policies, quality control and product traceability. Sorin has more than 20 years of experience in the field, most of which he spent in Parmalat Romania, a division of Lactalis Group, where he started his activity as an engineer in the technical department. In 2007 he was promoted to factory manager, and two years later he became an industrial manager. Sorin also took over the management of Albalact factory in 2017.

He graduated from the Technical University of Civil Engineering of Bucharest, specializing in Industrial Constructions and Equipment.
